Client reporting software for marketing agencies and freelancers
There are two kinds of reporting tool: the ones that build dashboards of charts and the ones that write the report. The right one depends on who is going to read it.
Dashboards or written reports
A dashboard connects many sources and shows up-to-date charts; it is useful for someone who can read them. A written report explains what happened and what to do, which is what a client who does not work in marketing needs. MyReportify is the second kind.
What to check before choosing
- Who reads the report? If it is your client, it should be written out.
- How much time does it leave you each month, counting review and sending?
- Does it carry your brand, not the tool’s?
- What does it cost per client once your plan is full?
- Does it read more than Analytics: the client’s website, their Google searches?
Beyond the report
- A dashboard with the month’s progress: which clients are pending, which failed and which have been sent.
- «Trends»: each client’s GA4 and Search Console figures live, for any period.
- Email alerts when a client drops suddenly, stops recording conversions or loses tracking.
- Sending to the client from the app, with a record of what was sent, to whom and when.
What each report contains
A PDF with six sections, written in English or Spanish (you choose when generating it), carrying your agency’s logo, colour and name:
- Executive summary
- Traffic and engagement analysis
- User behavior
- Traffic sources and geographic reach
- Content and conversions
- Strategic recommendations
The figures come from Google Analytics 4 and, if you connect it, Search Console. The text compares the month with the previous one and with the same month last year, and each of the three recommendations ends with the figure that will show next month whether it worked.
It can also read the client’s store (Shopify or WooCommerce), their email marketing (Mailchimp, Brevo or Klaviyo) and their CRM (HubSpot): each is connected once per client, and its figures appear in the report as that platform’s figures, never added to Analytics.
Data that is in none of those sources (calls, quotes, visits to a physical shop) can be added from a Google Sheet or a CSV, and the report takes it into account. Each client can also have their own branded live dashboard, shared by link or embedded in your website.
