White-label Google Analytics dashboard for each client

The monthly report explains; the dashboard lets the client look at their figures whenever they like, with no account or password, under your agency’s brand, not ours.

What the client sees

  • Live Google Analytics 4 figures: sessions, users, engaged sessions and conversions, against the previous period or last year.
  • The trend chart, channels and devices, and a map of countries.
  • Landing pages and, with Search Console, what people search for on Google.
  • Their monthly goals, their own data (from a Google Sheet or CSV) and the latest report, with its summary, the three recommendations and the PDF.

You choose what it shows

For each client you choose which sections and figures they see, the default period, the language and the title. What you leave out never leaves the server: your internal notes, campaigns or Search Console opportunities never reach their dashboard.

By link or inside your website

Each dashboard has a private link you can change at any time (the old one stops working) and an embed code for your website or client area. Every chart uses your colour.

What each report contains

A PDF with six sections, written in English or Spanish (you choose when generating it), carrying your agency’s logo, colour and name:

  1. Executive summary
  2. Traffic and engagement analysis
  3. User behavior
  4. Traffic sources and geographic reach
  5. Content and conversions
  6. Strategic recommendations

The figures come from Google Analytics 4 and, if you connect it, Search Console. The text compares the month with the previous one and with the same month last year, and each of the three recommendations ends with the figure that will show next month whether it worked.

Data that is not in Google (shop sales, calls, quotes) can be added from a Google Sheet or a CSV, and the report takes it into account. Each client can also have their own branded live dashboard, shared by link or embedded in your website.

Questions

Does the client need an account?

No. They open the link; there is no username or password. If you no longer want them to see it, change the link.

Are the figures live?

Yes: they are read from Google Analytics and Search Console when it opens, cached for up to half an hour. The last two days are marked provisional, as in Google.

Does it use up reports?

No. The dashboard does not use the AI and does not count as a report.
