AgencyAnalytics and DashThis alternative with written reports

AgencyAnalytics, DashThis and Whatagraph are dashboard tools for agencies. If what takes your time is not building charts but writing the report the client understands, the alternative is a different kind of tool.

How they differ

Dashboard tools connect many sources and present the figures as charts and tables. MyReportify focuses on Google Analytics 4 (plus Search Console and the client’s website) and delivers the report already written: what happened, why, and three recommendations, each with the figure that will check it.

When MyReportify fits

  • Your clients are businesses that cannot read a dashboard.
  • You work mostly with Google Analytics 4 and the client’s website.
  • You want the report in English (or Spanish) and under your brand.
  • What takes your time is writing, not making charts.

When it does not

If you need a real-time dashboard with dozens of sources for the client to browse on their own, a dashboard tool fits better. Many agencies use both: the dashboard to browse and the written report to explain.

What each report contains

A PDF with six sections, written in English or Spanish (you choose when generating it), carrying your agency’s logo, colour and name:

  1. Executive summary
  2. Traffic and engagement analysis
  3. User behavior
  4. Traffic sources and geographic reach
  5. Content and conversions
  6. Strategic recommendations

The figures come from Google Analytics 4 and, if you connect it, Search Console. The text compares the month with the previous one and with the same month last year, and each of the three recommendations ends with the figure that will show next month whether it worked.

It can also read the client’s store (Shopify or WooCommerce), their email marketing (Mailchimp, Brevo or Klaviyo) and their CRM (HubSpot): each is connected once per client, and its figures appear in the report as that platform’s figures, never added to Analytics.

Data that is in none of those sources (calls, quotes, visits to a physical shop) can be added from a Google Sheet or a CSV, and the report takes it into account. Each client can also have their own branded live dashboard, shared by link or embedded in your website.

Questions

Does MyReportify have live dashboards?

Yes. For you, «Trends» shows each client’s GA4 and Search Console live. For your client, a branded dashboard you share by link or embed in your website, with their figures, charts, a country map, their own data and the latest report. What it does not have is dozens of connected sources.

Which languages does it support?

The app and the reports are in English and Spanish; you choose the report’s language each time you generate it.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes: the first report is free, with no card, using a real client’s data.
